Guest Delegates at the European Commission Conference celebrating the European Day of Persons with Disabilities in Brussels

It has become the norm that the Grand Chancellor of the Order, together with other members of the Order who are also very active within their respective jurisdictions in the field of physical and intellectual disability, are invited to attend the EC Conference held in Brussels celebrating the European Day of Persons with Disabilities.

The Order is proud to be able to aid and assist the vulnerable throughout our various jurisdictions with numerous projects aimed at the disabled communities. The Grand Chancellor was also one of the speakers of this Conference, which this year touched on the topics related to advancing rights and daily inclusion through three primary panel discussions:

1. Panel 1: Implementing the Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2021–2030.

2. Panel 2: Fostering a disability-inclusive EU budget and funding mechanisms.

3. Panel 3: Ensuring inclusive preparedness and crisis management.
