Celebrating World Mental Health Day with the National Mental Health Services

World Mental Health Day was officially celebrated by means of a musico-literary soiree held at the stunning gardens of Mount Carmel Hospital by the Hospitaller Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, the St. Lazarus Foundation and the National Mental Health Services - Malta. Service users, dedicated staff and management and delegates and guests from all over the world attending the International Lazarite Symposium came together to enjoy a beautiful evening of song, music, literature and spectacle. The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of a statue created by international Italian sculptor Prof. Mario Termini which was donated to the Hospital to commemorate World Mental Health Day by the St. Lazarus Foundation.
