The Official Symposium Book Published by the St. Lazarus Foundation

The St. Lazarus Foundation, in collaboration with the office of the Grand Chancery, published a deluxe full colour A4 sized Hardbound 217 paged publication commemorating the 2026 International Lazarite Symposium. This is the seventh book written specifically about the Hospitaller Order of St. Lazarus and includes exclusive, hitherto unpublished material related not only to the symposium but also concerning the history of the Order of St. Lazarus itself. The publication features messages from the Supreme Grand Prior HIRH Sander Habsburg-Lothringen and the Grand Prior of Malta HE Daniel John Bugeja. Written by the Grand Chancellor of the Order, the book includes updated information on the present jurisdictions of the Order, extensive information about the Supreme Grand Priory, the Statutes and Constitutions of the Order and the Foundation, the solemn ritual used for the 35th investiture of the Grand Priories of Malta, a step by step description of the sixth Lazarite Symposium and information about the previous International Lazarite Symposia, together with very interesting anecdotes and information on the history of the Order. The book will be presented to all the 500 plus members and officers who will attend the solemn investiture closing the Symposium on the 11th, whilst its first copy will be given to Her Excellency the President of Malta when the latter officially opens the International Lazarite Symposium in Palazzo Vittoria, Naxxar, Malta.
